User Account Creation Through Batch File with Administrator rights.

Step 1: Open note pad
Step 2:Copy and Paste the below content

net user vishwas /add
net localgroup administrators vishwas /add
logoff

Step 3: Save as user.bat (.bat format)
Step 4:Run the Batch file
